Our standard professional fee for Recruitment is 15% for positions above 500k CTC and 10% for positions below 500k CTC. Recruitment fees for scarce and critical skills is 20%, negotiable based on the client’s needs. The definition of Annual Package is Total Cost to Company, including all sign-on bonuses, share offers, and guaranteed bonuses.

Assignments that require exclusive search may be negotiated with the Client on the basis of our executive search services.
Invoices are payable within 3 days after the start date of the successful candidate or upon acceptance of an official offer. Unless alternate written payment arrangements have been made and signed by both parties, Boboyi Business Administrators is not obliged to honor the guarantee benefits offered if payment terms are not timeously met by the client. Boboyi Business Administrators undertakes to provide a replacement candidate if an our candidate is legally dismissed or resigns from the client’s employment within 90 days from the commencement date of the original employment commencement date, provided that the following conditions are met:
• The vacancy remains vacant and unchanged
• Full payment of the placement fee is received as per the agreed terms and conditions.
• Boboyi Business Administrators is notified in writing of the dismissal/resignation within 7 days after the event.
The appointment of our candidate will be deemed as acceptance of all our terms and conditions of business stated in this document. These terms and conditions are not capable of any variation, cancellation, waiver or suspension unless such be contained in writing and signed by both the Client and Boboyi Business Administrators. No inducements, representations, promises or warrants have been given or made by Boboyi Business Administrators to the client save as are herein contained. For these purposes an interview, a CV or an appointment will constitute an introduction. Should our candidate be engaged by the Client’s company (or affiliated companies) as an employee, agent, consultant, business partner or part-time worker within 12 months of the referral date, the Client will become immediately liable for full payment of the recruitment fee.
Any subsequent introduction by another consultancy, agency, party, or the candidate does not in any way negate or limit our rights or claims.
